Last updated: September 2026.

These terms govern your use of qoremso.com (the “Site”), operated by Qore MSO (“Qore,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is, and is not

The Site describes management services that Qore provides to independently owned law firms and public adjusting firms. Qore is not a law firm and not a licensed public adjusting firm. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, adjusting advice, or an offer to represent you in any matter. Statutory and regulatory references are provided for general information, may not reflect current law in your state, and should not be relied on without advice from a licensed professional.

Applications and inquiries

Submitting a firm or vendor application does not create a contract or any obligation on Qore’s part. Any relationship with a member firm or partner is governed solely by a signed written agreement.

Blog content

Articles on the Site are general commentary for firm owners and partners. Some articles are identified as composite accounts built from common claim patterns; they do not describe specific matters, clients or carriers.

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, logos and images are owned by Qore or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, republish or use the Qore name or marks without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape content, or for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
