For Commercial Contractors

Do the work. Let Qore run the company.

Roofing, restoration, mitigation and general contractors that work in the property-claims space lose margin to everything around the job: surge hiring after a storm, marketing that may cross a line, chasing scope approvals and payment, and a constant question about where contracting ends and adjusting begins. Qore takes over the business side under one master services agreement so your crews stay on the roof and in the building.

What Qore runs for contractors

Operations and back office. Accounting, accounts receivable, payroll, HR, benefits through a shared PEO, technology, scheduling and vendor management, staffed by people who know restoration and roofing.

Surge staffing before the season. Pre-signed crews, project coordinators, intake staff and field documentation teams, trained in May and activated the day an emergency is declared.

Compliant marketing and lead flow. Brand, website, local search, storm-window campaigns and review management, reviewed against state contractor licensing, solicitation and anti-adjusting rules before anything runs. Billed as advertising, never per job.

Documentation standards. Moisture mapping and drying logs, photo and video protocols with chain of custody, standardized estimates and invoice formats that hold up with carriers, appraisers and courts.

Payment models after AOB. Direction-to-pay and direct-bill workflows, customer contracts, deposits and financing partners so cash flow works without an assignment of benefits.

A clean referral ecosystem. Introductions to Qore member law firms and public adjusting firms, and from them to you, on merit only. No referral fees in either direction, no ownership overlap, no side arrangements.

Licensing and risk. License, insurance and certification tracking across every state you operate in, plus general liability, workers’ compensation and pollution coverage procurement.

The line we help you stay behind

Contractors inspect, document, estimate the repair, do the approved work and get paid for it. Contractors do not adjust claims, negotiate coverage or amount with the carrier, advise the policyholder on the policy, waive deductibles or pay for referrals. Qore builds those rules into your intake scripts, marketing, contracts and training, and Qore never performs or assists with adjusting either.

How it starts

A 30-minute intro call, a written operations assessment, a proposal with scope and fee schedule, and a 30 to 90 day transition with no interruption to active jobs.
