No professional services. Qore MSO (“Qore”) provides management, operational, technology, marketing and administrative services under written master services agreements to independently owned law firms, public adjusting firms, commercial contractors and commercial property management companies. Qore does not practice law, provide legal advice, adjust or negotiate insurance claims, provide insurance or coverage advice, or perform contracting, restoration, mitigation, engineering or other licensed services in any jurisdiction.
Independence of member firms. Law firms and public adjusting firms that use Qore’s services are separately owned and operated by licensed professionals who retain complete control over all professional judgment, client relationships and the handling of every matter and claim. Qore does not direct, supervise or control the professional services of any member firm and does not share in legal or adjusting fees. Qore’s compensation is a management fee for services rendered.
Commercial contractors. Qore’s services to contractors and restoration companies are limited to business operations, staffing, marketing and administrative support. Qore does not engage in, and does not assist contractors in, adjusting claims, negotiating with insurance carriers or soliciting claims on behalf of any policyholder. Contractors remain solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance and compliance with the laws of each state in which they operate.
Commercial property management companies. Qore’s services to property management companies, association managers and the owners and boards they serve are limited to business readiness, documentation systems, vendor coordination and operational support for their organizations. Qore does not represent any owner, association or manager in an insurance claim, does not evaluate, prepare, present or negotiate claims, and does not advise on coverage. Owners with an active claim should engage a licensed public adjuster or attorney in their state. At an owner’s request, Qore may facilitate an introduction to independently licensed professionals; Qore receives no compensation for any such introduction.
Third-party partners. References on this site to engineers, contractors, mitigation and restoration companies, appraisers, umpires, experts, staffing providers and other vendors describe independent businesses that are not owned or controlled by Qore. Qore does not guarantee their work, does not receive or pay compensation for referrals, and does not require any member, client or policyholder to use them. Selection of any vendor is solely the decision of the member and its client.
No attorney-client or adjuster-client relationship. Using this website, submitting a form or communicating with Qore does not create an attorney-client, adjuster-client or fiduciary relationship. Do not send confidential claim information to Qore. Policyholders seeking help with a claim should contact a licensed attorney or licensed public adjuster in their state.
No guarantees. Descriptions of services, outcomes, growth, savings or efficiency are illustrative. Results vary by organization, market and circumstances, and nothing on this site is a promise of any particular result.
Testimonials and case narratives. Any testimonials or case narratives reflect individual experiences or composite scenarios and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
Regulatory compliance. Qore’s agreements and operations are structured to comply with applicable rules governing the professional independence of attorneys and public adjusters, including restrictions on fee sharing, referral compensation and the unauthorized practice of law or public adjusting. Rules vary by state. Members are responsible for compliance with the rules of their own licensing authorities, and statutory references on this site are provided for general information and may change.
Limitation of liability. Qore is not liable for services performed by any member, partner or third party, or for any decision made in reliance on the content of this website.
