This policy explains what information Qore MSO (“Qore,” “we,” “us”) collects through qoremso.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Member firms have their own privacy practices for client and case information, which are governed by the management services agreement and a separate data processing agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a firm or vendor application, subscribe to email updates, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, firm or company, email address, state or region, license number if you provide one, and anything you write in a message field.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and the site that referred you. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand how the site is used.
- Cookies. Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How we use it
- To respond to applications and inquiries, and to evaluate whether a firm or vendor is a fit for the platform.
- To send email updates you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as web hosting, email delivery and analytics, under agreements that restrict their use of the information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Qore, our member firms or others.
Retention
Application and inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to evaluate and respond, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ default settings.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message or by writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email quimby@qoremso.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
