For Commercial Property Management Companies
The plan is in place before the loss.
If you manage commercial buildings, multifamily portfolios, hotels, associations or industrial property for owners and boards, the next roof failure, water loss or storm will land on your desk with no documentation, no vendors on standby and an owner asking what happens now. Qore’s master services agreement puts a complete readiness and response program in place across every property you manage, in advance, and connects you and your owners to independently licensed professionals when a claim needs representation.
What the master services agreement covers
Portfolio claims readiness. Every policy across your managed properties summarized in one place: coverage forms, deductibles and hurricane deductibles, ordinance-and-law limits, business income provisions, reporting deadlines and notice requirements. Updated at each renewal.
Baseline documentation. Annual photo and video capture of roofs, exteriors, common areas and building systems, with drone and 3D scanning where useful, so pre-loss condition is never in dispute.
Governance in advance. Owner authorizations and board resolutions that let your managers engage emergency mitigation, document a loss and consult licensed professionals without waiting for a meeting.
Vendor capacity on standby. Vetted mitigation, restoration, roofing, engineering and board-up partners with committed capacity for your properties, pre-negotiated rates and documentation standards. The owner and manager choose the vendor; Qore pays and receives nothing for referrals.
Response playbook. A property-by-property plan for the first 72 hours: notice to carriers, mitigation dispatch, tenant and resident communication, documentation before cleanup, owner and board reporting, and escalation paths.
Post-loss coordination. Scheduling, document collection, vendor dispatch and status reporting for your company while the loss is worked, so your staff can keep running the building.
Operations for the management company itself. Finance, HR, technology, marketing and staffing support for your own business, the same platform Qore runs for law firms and adjusting firms.
Introductions to licensed professionals. When a claim needs to be evaluated, presented or negotiated, Qore introduces independently licensed public adjusters or attorneys in the property’s state at the owner’s request. They represent the owner; Qore does not.
What Qore does not do
Qore does not adjust, evaluate, prepare, present or negotiate insurance claims, and does not advise on coverage. Those are licensed activities performed only by independently licensed public adjusters and attorneys. Qore’s role is to make sure your company and the properties you manage are ready, documented and supported, and to connect owners with the right licensed professional when they need one.
Who this is built for
Commercial property management companies, association management companies, multifamily operators, hospitality management groups, and third-party managers of industrial, self-storage and retail portfolios across multiple states.
How it starts
A 30-minute intro call, a portfolio readiness assessment, a proposal with scope and fee schedule, and onboarding property by property.
Qore MSO is a management services organization. It is not a public adjusting firm, law firm or licensed contractor and does not adjust claims. See the disclaimer.
